Bell was dumped out on old Hwy 51 along with another dog and picked up by animal control. One day a person came in and recognized Bella as belonging to her deceased neighbor. She said Bella was given away when the neighbor died and she had no idea who her new owner was. Bella is around 4 years old and very sweet. She's mild-mannered and well behaved. Calm and quiet too. She spent the weekend in a foster home and they discovered she is housetrained and very loving and appreciative. Bella is fully vetted and hw negative. Her adoption fee is 100.00. Rat Terriers are very intelligent and loyal, you couldn't ask for a better pet.
